Processing & Shipping

Each pre-order represents a made-to-order creation — designed and produced with the highest attention to craftsmanship and detail. This process allows us to preserve limited production runs, avoid overstocking, and uphold the artisanal values that define our brand.

All items on our site are currently available on a pre-order basis only. The estimated production and processing time is 4 weeks from the date of purchase. Orders will be processed in the order they are received. Once your piece is ready for dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details. 

You can track your order directly via the provided tracking link or through our Order Tracking page on the website. Should you have any questions or require updates during production, our team is happy to assist.

Once shipped, delivery times vary depending on your destination and local courier services. We work with trusted logistics partners to ensure each order arrives safely and beautifully packaged.

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately to ensure timely delivery. Each shipment will include a separate tracking number for your convenience.

Domestic Shipping (USA)

All orders are currently available as pre-orders and will ship within 4 weeks of purchase. You will receive an email confirmation when your order ships. Standard shipping rates apply at checkout.

International Shipping

We now ship worldwide. 🌍 International orders are pre-order and ship within 4 weeks of purchase. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or import taxes that may apply in their country.
