Pre-Orders

We are pleased to offer exclusive pre-orders for a curated selection of our pieces. At this time, pre-orders are available to clients in the United States, with worldwide pre-order access coming soon.

Each pre-order represents a made-to-order creation — designed and produced with the highest attention to craftsmanship and detail. This process allows us to preserve limited production runs, avoid overstocking, and uphold the artisanal values that define our brand.

All items on our site are currently available on a pre-order basis only. Orders will begin shipping February 1, 2026. The estimated production and processing time is 10–12 weeks from the date of purchase. Orders will be processed in the order they are received. Once your piece is ready for dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details

Processing & Shipping

Every order is prepared with meticulous care. As our items are crafted to order, please allow the full 10–12 week window for production before shipping.

Once shipped, delivery times vary depending on your destination and local courier services. We work with trusted logistics partners to ensure each order arrives safely and beautifully packaged.

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately to ensure timely delivery. Each shipment will include a separate tracking number for your convenience.

International Orders

We are delighted to serve our international clientele. For destinations outside the United States, duties and import taxes are determined by your local customs authority and may be collected upon delivery.

In most cases, shipments are sent with duties and taxes pre-paid to ensure a smooth delivery experience. Any applicable fees will be clearly displayed at checkout prior to completing your order. Please note that customs clearance may occasionally extend delivery timelines.

Order Communication

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email summarizing your purchase details. When your order is ready to ship, you will receive a dispatch email with your tracking number.
