Returns & Exchanges Policy
Our pieces are crafted with intention and care. Should your order not meet your expectations, we’re here to assist with a smooth and thoughtful return process.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for ready-to-ship pieces that are unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition — complete with all tags attached and packaging intact.
Please note that pre-order and made-to-order items are final sale and therefore not eligible for return or exchange, as each piece is created especially for you.
Items showing any signs of wear, alteration, or removal of original tags will not be accepted. We kindly ask that all pieces be returned in the same pristine condition in which they were received.
Domestic Returns (U.S.)
For clients within the United States, we are pleased to offer complimentary returns on eligible items. To initiate your return, please contact our Client Services team at info@cultofmishrit.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once your return request has been approved, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided via email, along with detailed instructions to ensure your piece is safely returned.
International Returns
We gladly accept international returns on eligible ready-to-ship items. However, please note that return shipping costs and any applicable duties or taxes are the responsibility of the client.
To begin the process, kindly email info@cultofmishrit.com with your order details. Our Client Services team will provide you with guidance on preparing your return, including the appropriate return address and documentation required for customs clearance.
We recommend using a secure, trackable shipping method for all international returns to ensure your item is safely received.
Refunds & Processing
Once your returned item is received and inspected by our quality control team, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment used at checkout.
You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been completed. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional few business days for the funds to reflect in your account.
In the rare event that an item does not meet our return requirements, it will be returned to you, and no refund will be issued.
Exchanges
At this time, we are unable to offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original piece for a refund and placing a new order for your desired item once your return has been processed.
Our team is always happy to assist you in reordering or finding an alternative size or style to ensure your perfect fit.
Final Sale Items
Certain pieces, including made-to-order, personalized, or discounted items, are designated as final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. These exclusions are always clearly indicated on the product page prior to purchase.
